What is the inflow schedule?

For every foreign currency inflow you receive, the bank will ask you to fill in an inflow schedule request so the money can be credited to your account. In this form you enter:

  1. Amount paid → it will most likely already be indicated. Where the bank charges a fee, the amount that can be allocated will be shown

  2. Control document number → number of the issued invoice on which the payment was made

  3. Control document year → current year

  4. Payment basis code → depending on the service provided (listed on the invoice), you need to enter the code that corresponds to that service.

Find the appropriate code here:

Payment basis codebook
EXAMPLE

For computer programming you will use code 302, for consulting services you will use 305, etc.

Send the completed form and the invoice on which the payment was received to the bank.
