How can I suspend (freeze) or continue the activity?

During your business operations you can temporarily suspend your activity. You do this by submitting the Application and Appendix 6 to the Business Registers Agency. Along with the documentation, proof of payment of the fee is also required. On the appendix you need to enter the date when the activity will be suspended, and that date cannot be before the date the application is submitted, but it can be in the future.

Tax form PPDG-1R with basis 4 – Suspension of self-employment activity is no longer submitted (since 2023), but you need to monitor the issuance of a new resolution on the ePorezi portal.

In the same way you can resume your activity – you just enter the date when the activity resumes on appendix 06.

When you freeze your agency you actually temporarily stop working, and during that period you do not carry out activity and cannot issue invoices, but you do not pay tax and contributions.
